Returns

Unopened products purchased directly through the WellVista WellVista website are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must remain unopened and in their original packaging.

Products purchased from a participating pharmacy must be returned through the original retailer and remain subject to the retailer's return policy.

For damaged or incorrect online orders, contact us with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the product and shipping package where relevant.
